The room had a lovely design. Great, beautyful view from the room, terrace and breakfast area. Nice pool area.
Bathroom old fashioned compared to the room. The hotel is in the middle of rocks... You need a car to reach anything, beach, Taormina etc.

From the moment we arrived the staff were wonderful to us, helpful and always accommodating. Our room was clean and seemed recently modernized, like most of the hotel. The breakfast was abundant and coffees were made to order, again helpful staff. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool, which seems rarely use, so its quiet and the lifeguard brought me coffee. The hotel has an arrangement to a local beach club, 8 minutes away, where you can pay an day fee for beds, umbrellas etc. There is a lovely beach and a sea water pool. Again the staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lovely affordable restaurant at the beach club. There is free parking at the hotel, but a 10 Euro parking fee at the beach club. You can park on the street if you buy a paid parking ticket- just be careful they do clamp and two cars in this town and Taormina. I would definite return to this hotel!
The only thing we didn't like is the hotel seemed to use a very strong detergent to clean the common areas, and we are sensitive to chemical cleaning products. Most of the staff spoke English, one receptionist spoke less English and was not that great with directions- just saying it was easy when we asked for directions... so, we asked another staff member to print directions out. There could be an information booklet in the rooms about getting to the beach club and more information on the beach club fees however, this hotel is great value for money and was an overall great experience.

Great view & location! Breakfast and dinner were delicious and satisfying. We enjoyed the private beach club that the hotel has an agreement with. The access to the beach club made it easy to enjoy the sun and sea during the day.
The bathroom seemed outdated and could use a renovation. The hotel was a bit isolated, so having a car is necessary.

Super helpful front desk staff.....Waiter at breakfast also extremely efficient and courteous. A short drive from Taormina...without the headache of being in town. Good value for money considering the expensive nature of the area. Beautiful setting on cliff overlooking the sea.
a/C was not working in the room we were originally checked into...staff immediately looked into seeing if they could repair it...and when they could not...IMMEDIATELY Moved us to a room with working a/C. Gentleman at front desk was wonderful...dealt with the issue professionally and quickly....so this is not a complaint at all. They handled a broken a/c quickly and professionally

Hotel staff and administration did their utmost to offer an excellent service.
Location was a bit far from Taormina. Although the hotel offered a shuttle service, the last trip is at 1800 hours. Which is a bit too early to enjoy Taormina by night. The public transport doesn't go up to Marina D'Agro. It's excellent if you have own transport.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, perched high up the cliff overlooking the beach. The view from my balcony was breathtaking! The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff making me feel welcomed. The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a balcony, and a safety deposit box. The hotel also had a beautiful pool and garden area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. And the best part is, there was free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel!
I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends.

The room had a nice design and a wonderful wiev from the terrace, and it was very clean and the beds quite ok. The hotel has a great swimming pool and a big area, which seems rarely used. There is a lovely restaurant at top floor where you have breakfast which is almost perfect. The staff is helpfull and very friendly. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed the whole week. We had a room under the restaurant and were awake around 7.30 when people had breakfast, but it wasn´t a problem for us. In the evenings it was quiet. You have to have a car to reach everything outside the hotel. Taormina is 7-8 minutes away with car. And everywhere you go you has to pay for parking. We will absolutely recommend this hotel. It was wonderfull!
We don´t have anything to complain of because if we had a problem, the staff did everything to solved it and that´s the most important.

Great to have the shuttle service to Taormina

The hotel's remote location, situated far from public transport, may require a car to access nearby towns and attractions. Although the hotel boasts stunning views across the Taormina bay and located close to a beautiful beach, it’s surrounded only by vineyards and not much else. The rooms are spacious and modern with large comfortable beds, sizable bathrooms, and cleaning staff does an excellent job. The breakfast served is rather boring and monotonous, but the outdoor terrace offers a relaxing atmosphere with a small pool and pleasant garden surroundings.
The dinner menu options were not always authentic Sicilian cuisine, but included more international dishes.

We loved the sea view + scenary that you could enjoy from the balcony/pool/restaurant. Although some people consider it a bit remote, we liked that we could get away from the very touristic Taormina; the hotel is however very well connected by public transport. Breakfast- great choice and it changed troughout our stay.
I would recommend the hotel to clearly state in advance the rates applied for using the beach sunbeds+umbrellas/ minibar. We found those out when we payed for the room . I would also recommend the pool area to be better maintained. There were a lot of ants there and you couldnt help to get leafs /dust /ants on you feet and carry them in the pool. Restaurant a bit pricy but sword fish was delicious. But overall - excellent stay!
